These chairs have been recovered before we acquired them, probably in the last 5 or 6 years if I had to guess. The upholstery is in good shape but does show some medium-light ware. Frames are in original condition and show some finish wear around the arms. The price listed is for the chairs as-is. Reupholstery would be and additional $400 plus the cost of fabric. Reach out if you'd like to have them recovered.
