Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns for online orders: We want happy customers. When you receive your purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason, contact us immediately. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We will work with you to resolve the difficulty on a case by case basis. If we cannot resolve the problem, a return maybe authorized by MidMod Decor LLC and will outlined in correspondence.
If a return has been authorized you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your returned order to reach us may vary.
If you are returning an item (or items) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy for Sales in the Warehouse: All sales made in person at the warehouse and Open House events are FINAL. Please examine all items carefully before purchasing.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for online orders: Since the majority of our products are one of a kind pieces that we do not have duplicates of we cannot offer exchanges. In some select cases, if authorized by MidMod Decor LLC an item may be returned and a product of equal or lesser value may be chosen as a replacement.
Exchanges for Sales in the Warehouse: No exchanges or refunds will be granted for in-person warehouse purchases.
