This light came out of an MCM house that was demolished in Westchester County NY. I do not know the manufacturer but that are well made. Each cone is connected with a ball socket that makes positing the light easily adjustable. Taped to the back is the washer a screw to mount the fixture to the wall. I also have a matching single cone fixture.

For scale the cone part of the picture is 8" long/tall
